The free sample
- One free sample video per business. You answer the brief; we deliver within 48 hours of having what we need.
- The sample is yours to keep and use. No payment details, no obligation.
- We may decline a brief that asks for unlawful, deceptive, or brand-unsafe content — the same rule applies to all work below.
The first video — $500
- One commissioned video, delivered in 48 hours from an approved brief: two revision rounds, all three formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), full commercial rights.
- Payment up front, no contract. If after both revision rounds the video still isn't right and you don't want it, tell us within 7 days of delivery: we refund the $500 and the video stays ours.
The subscription — $1,995/month
- Three new videos per week, each delivered in all three formats — twelve videos, thirty-six files, per month.
- One revision round per video is included, or swap any delivery for a different concept.
- Billing is monthly, in advance. Pause any month — you aren't billed while paused. Cancel anytime — effective at the end of the paid month, no calls, no retention scripts.
- If a payment fails we'll let you know; after 14 days unpaid the subscription pauses until it's resolved.
The price lock
Your $1,995/mo rate never rises for as long as your subscription stays active. Pausing doesn't break the lock — pause and come back at your rate. Cancelling does — though if you come back within 60 days, your old rate is waiting for you; after that, you return at the current rate.
The lock covers this plan (three videos a week, all three formats) for one brand, and it isn't transferable. If we ever discontinue the service entirely we can do that, but while it exists, your rate is your rate.
Your rights to the work
- Every delivered video is yours: full commercial rights, forever, even after you leave.
- We don't show your work publicly unless you say we can. NDA-friendly — most of our client work already ships under one.
- You confirm you have the rights to whatever you give us to work with (logos, product shots, claims about your product).
How the work is made
- Videos are AI-generated under human direction — a human film director with 17+ years of experience reviews every frame before it ships.
- We craft for performance and track what converts, but no one can guarantee views, clicks, or sales — anyone who does is selling something else.
If we ever shut down
We can discontinue the service. If that happens mid-month, we refund the part of the month you paid for and didn't receive, and everything already delivered stays yours.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms; material changes are announced to active subscribers before they take effect. The price lock survives any update.
