Aerial Video & Real Estate

Give the place
a sense of presence.

A coastline. A property. A project taking shape. Aerial footage gives the wider view; the edit gives it a reason to be there.

Projects in English & Spanish.

Aerial film portfolio
Selected aerial and real estate work from the GoAerial archive.

Wide views, movement and detail establish a location, then bring the viewer closer to its character.

More than the wide shot

Make the view part of the story.

A strong location film moves between scale and detail. We look at what the footage can say, how it connects to ground-level material and where the edit needs room to breathe.

Establish

Give the viewer their bearings.

Explore

Find the details that matter.

Connect

Bring the place back to the purpose.

Ways to work with the footage

An edit built
around the place.

One project or a set of connected pieces. The deliverables, versions and review rounds are agreed before work starts.

Aerial footage edit

Turn an existing collection of aerial clips into a coherent film with a deliberate opening, progression and close.

For a location introduction or a standalone aerial film.

  • Footage review and selection
  • Pacing, transitions and a consistent visual finish
  • Agreed titles, music and export formats

Property & destination story

Bring supplied aerial and ground-level footage together so the viewer sees both the setting and the details.

For property, hospitality and place-based presentations.

  • A sequence shaped around the property or destination
  • Aerial, ground-level and supplied still-image material
  • Location titles and an agreed closing call to action

Aerial sequences for a larger film

Create a purposeful opening, transition or location sequence that fits the style of an existing production.

For a brand film, project update or longer presentation.

  • Selected shots aligned to the surrounding story
  • Pacing and visual matching to supplied reference footage
  • Delivery in agreed formats for the main edit

A simple working process

Start with
what you have.

A useful brief, a shared direction and clear points to review the work.

  1. Review the material

Share a sample, the location and the intended use. We discuss footage quality, permissions, missing material and whether the available shots support the idea.

  2. Find the sequence

Agree the main story, runtime and visual direction. The edit is shaped around the strongest usable footage.

  3. Connect and finish

Review the sequence, titles and sound, then finish the agreed versions for their intended destinations.

Before we begin

Planning new capture?

Tell us the location, timing, intended shots and whether you already have a local operator. Capture requirements and feasibility need a separate conversation before any commitment.

  • Remote editing of supplied footage is the starting point
  • New capture is discussed individually
  • Footage rights and any production permissions need to be clear

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Have a different question?
Ask about your project

Can you edit footage we have already shot?

Yes. Share a sample and describe the footage, its approximate length and the finished film you have in mind. That review helps establish what is workable and what the edit needs.

Does this service include a drone shoot?

An on-location drone shoot is not included by default. If new capture is needed, the location, operator, timing, permissions and practical requirements must be discussed and scoped separately.

Can aerial footage be combined with interviews or other video?

Yes. Supplied interviews, ground-level footage, stills, titles and presentation material can be considered as part of the story. We agree what is included before editing begins.

What should we send for a quote?

Send sample footage, its approximate total duration, the location, intended use, desired runtime and target date. Include any format requirements and a budget range if you have one.

Your next project

Tell us about
the place.

Share a sample of your footage, where the film will be used and what viewers should take away. If capture is still being planned, say so in the brief.
